Put "DOS=HIGH,UMB" in the second line, right after HIMEM.SYS, and see what happens.

Hello,

thanxx for your answer. EMS or XMS memory is no problem. But DOS didn´t load any drivers such as Mouse- or Sound drivers into the upper memory.
The memory between 640KB > 1Mb is empty. I´ve checked it with "mem /c". So I´ve got only ca.575KB of conventional memory. No memory for "Aces over the Paciic" :D

The 'upper memory' is the memory above 640KB and below 1MB. MS-DOS automatically uses that: It is reserved for hardware such as your video card. As I can see, you've also allowed DOS to put software drivers there (DOS=HIGH,UMB). I bet it's working.

In case you mean Extented/Expanded memory (anyhting above 1MB), it doesn't work, because the call of EMM386 is incorrect. Switch "4096" and "RAM" around, then you should have 4 MB EMS.

If there is anything I misunderstood, please specify how it's "not working".
