![]() Admin Reborn Gumby Posts: 10893 | Do you know this feeling? There is a game, you see it should be really great, just right for you… but it's just too hard, you're getting nowhere. Still, it is so appealing that you try again, again and again. For me, one is Myth. I had this on the Amiga early on, and it simply looked great. Super cool end bosses judging from screenshots and seeing others play it. But I keep failing very early on. Examples where persistence finally payed off after years and years: Chaos Engine and ADOM. ----- Now you see the violence inherent in the system! |
