If I'm at my parents, I would say most of the time: sorry, I'm at my parents place... you can come here if you want... Admin Reborn Gumby Posts: 11126 | I'm just asking because I often get asked by old friends from school-time if I'm 'at home over the weekend'. If I then tell them 'yes, I wil be at home' (meaning Hamburg, because I call the place 'home' where I spend most of my life), they don't understand it and think I'm referring to my parents' place. Which I don't call home, because I'm just a visitor there... Same goes for many of my friends from university. Member Prof Gumby Posts: 560 | You could do what I do when I suspect that just saying "yes, I'm going home" could be wrongly interpreted. In those cases I explicitly state were I'm going (eg. I'm in leuven/tessenderlo)...
