Hello, everyone. I'm a collector of retro console games and consoles making the jump over into PC territory, recently having built a 133mhz system to sample the variety of games at the tail end of DOS. My uploads will be slow and spaced, as I have a ten month old and thus very little cash to dump on floppies and disks, but I hope to be of some use by uploading .imgs and .isos whilst reviewing each new title I collect, and maybe get some .imgs from here in return :P!

Hi all
I joined recently, I hope to be helpful with some dump :)

I have a question to ask:
You can use the PSI format for protected disk images? ... Or just exclusively img format?

Hello all, I'm active in a few other circles so I thought I'd register here, since I haven't seen quite the dedication to floppy-based games elsewhere. :D

Hi all,
last weekend I "re-discovered" my old floppy discs and started to play a few of them. It seems most of them are already here. But I will check them and let you know.

See you around :)

Hi there! Signed up a few months ago and finally started contributing all the things I've collected over the past few years, which I'm now started to play on an old system as well :)

I've added the PC version of Mean Streets (Tex Murphy 1) and uploaded everything I had, including a review. Expect more of these soon!

Question however: how long does it usually take for these uploads to be added? It's only been a day so far but just wondering in general :)

Kind regards,

perfectnarcosis, thank you and welcome!

Your review has just been published and all the files added. Congrats on your first 25 points!

As for your question, it usually takes up to 24 hours at best, but may be delayed under the circumstances.

Thank you Vagabond! I noticed no disk images were added to the entry though, they should be in the root of the ZIP-file I uploaded :) Would be a shame not to include them :D

Thanks for the points by the way! Next up: PC-versions of the Indy games (Fate of Atlantis and Last Crusade). I'll stop hijacking this thread now heh..

Welcome! Sorry, it was actually my task to take care of your submission, but I kind of missed the intended slot. Sorry about that and thanks to Vagabond for stepping in!

The image was added almost immediately after publishing your review, it's just that the links in the game profiles may not immediately be available, but it doesn't mean they are missing in our archive ;) I've added the image link to the game profile now. Thank you!

Thanks to the both of you Mr Creosote and Vagabond!

I only just realized the disk images archive is a separate thing from the game profiles. Seems Mean Streets for PC had already been added to the disk images archive but only had an Amiga entry, making me think you guys didn't have the disks yet so sorry about adding another one! ;)
