That depends on what it is that caused the rejection. There are numerous reasons for why an application can be rejected. Some of them are easy to fix and others are more difficult. If, for example, that reason was improperly defined work experience then you can fix that by better outlining your work experience. If, on the hand, the reason was because you don't have experience for that particular profession then that it something that you can't change quickly.
