Bug: The board time is one hour ahead of Central European Time, which has been used before.

Neither do Arizonans (where I live) or part of Indiana.

Australians have the most timeziones of any country in the world during daylight savings, because noone can agree on anything and almost every state has a different time.

Da_Goat: I know, and it drove me crazy this one time when I flew from newark to Aspen, changing planes in Phoenix. I didn't realize that you were an hour off, and I was afraid that I'd miss my connecting flight. Then I got an hour to cool down :P

The time still hasn't been fixed, so I guess it isn't that important :P

After going through this thread again, I think all bugs are fixed now. If that isn't the case, please remind me.

As far as I am concerned, I still don't see the new posts after visiting another forum. Might be because I'm still on my "old" ID; I'll try loging out and loging back on my next visit. I'm pretty busy today tough, and it will probably be tonight at best.

[After verification, it works great. Cheers! :)]

The new message bug seems to be back again, even tough it is not constant and very rare. Sometimes when I open a forum with >>>'s knowing there is unread posts, I don't get the >>>'s in front of the thread. It happens most often when there is only one new thread in the forum.

Do you think that the fact that I never logoff could be the reason?

Last time it occured (right now), I looked up at Fretz attachment in Software Galore before returning back to the main menu with the "back" button, then clicking on Vox Pop.

The only reason which could cause this is if you wait several minutes (15 I think) between looking at two pages. Then, your session expires and all 'old' posts are marked as read.

It happened again and it took about 2 mins before I came back to the first window, so thrash out that time delay theory. I did open a new window in the process via MSN Messenger tough. Man, that program really does get worse with every new versions. I'm very sad I had to switch to a newer version after installing my new 42 gigs HD... :(

I think I'm gonna start using ICQ again...

Umm.... could you be a bit more specific about what you're doing? All this talk about various windows is not quite clear to me

You never had 2 windows of your browser working at the same time? I usually have 3 or 4, unless I have nothing to do or I am doing something specific.

Of course, but it sounds as if you had several windows all with the Spam Club open. That is why I asked you to clarify.

Did you ever consider using something else then MSN for your messaging needs? like eg. Trillian or Gaim? that way you can still use your msn-account (and connect your ICQ-account to it to... And AIM, IRC and Yahoo-messenger should you use any of these...) And the brilliant part is: these are free (or have a free and a commercial version in trillians case) and more secure/functional then MSN... And my main motivation: It ain't Microsoft :D :D :D

What's so odd about that? I constantly have several tabs open all showing different threads/pages of the spam club...
