Direct download access requires at least 100 contribution points on your account. A game entry is worth 10 points, a review is worth 10 points, too. So submitting a complete game entry gives you 20.0001 points (0.0001 points for the rating). Reviewing an existing game entry gives you 10.0001 points. Just rating an existing game entry gives you 0.0001 points.

I would very much like to download these games at the higher speed and am willing to do whatever it takes to attain that.
