Member Retired Gumby Posts: 1007 | Well, why not? I'd say it's the same warheads they bought in the early 80s in Germany, and dismantled before they let the inspectors in. Nothing to be excited about . ----- NetDanzr
-The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog- |

Member Retired Gumby Posts: 1007 | Mr Creosote: Simply, one of the news is wrong. It's either-or, but not both. For the sake of Iraq, I'm assuming that the 1980s version is correct . ----- NetDanzr
-The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog- |

Member Master Gumby Posts: 103 | Well, they were bound to find something, weren't they? That's their job, that's what they're there for. Also, like Tuss said, what would you expect to find? Admin Reborn Gumby Posts: 11142 | Thinking about it, it could be newly made 'warheads', but based on a 1980 design - that would link these two versions ----- Now you see the violence inherent in the system! |

Member Retired Gumby Posts: 936 | hehe, then the Iraqis hit the (unarmed) warhead casings with hammers to make dents in them, and tell them that they are old. ----- Keep your stick on the ice |

Member Prof Gumby Posts: 421 | This is all America need, anything that they can manipulate into looking like Iraq are bad. and besides that saying they are chemical warheads is speculation until Hans and co have finished annalysing the warheads. ----- Not all That Glitters Is Gold, Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost. |

Member Retired Gumby Posts: 1007 | They found another 4 warheads. Anyway, this is the issue that I think is more important: Libya got elected to lead the UN human rights commission. European countries didn't vote against Libya. I'm getting the impression that the US is becoming one big joke... ----- NetDanzr
-The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog- |

Member Prof Gumby Posts: 421 | The UN is a joke, of course the US have CIA agents amongst the weapons inspectors do you really think they would pass up that oppertunity. America won't wait for UN approval to attack soon they will decide oh well we're just going to attack. John Howard being Bush's lap dog like he is will send Australian SAS soilders in without asking us the Australian people and then Blair will join in the fun as well. Member Retired Gumby Posts: 1007 | France declared it will veto any military action against Iraq in the Security Council. Do you want to tell me, Mr Creosote, that France is unable to keep its promises? ----- NetDanzr
-The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog- |

Admin Reborn Gumby Posts: 11142 | That promise is new to me, but then again, the German government (Germany is a member of the council at the moment, too) also promised to vote against it some time ago and now they always 'refuse to comment' on that question - talking about honesty. ----- Now you see the violence inherent in the system! |
