Review by Underdogs:
Caveship is a fun entry in Retro Remakes' One Switch Competition. The game is similar to UrthWurm but with even simpler controls: like other games in the competition, you use only one key in the game. The goal: pilot each cave to the end, trying to survive as long as possible. There is gravity pull that makes it more challenging, but also more fun. The game offers over 20 levels, each with its own theme. One warning, though: there are "hot caves" in the game that feature scantily-clad or nude women in the background. Play only the first few levels if you dislike such mature themes in computer games; they are not as offensive as what you'd see in most Japanese "Hentai" (adult) games, but they do seem out of place. You can also replay each level you finish, and upload your high scores to the developer's website. On the downside, some levels are not well-designed: the sharp turns come too quickly, or else the space you must maneuver through is too narrow. All in all, though, Caveship is a polished and fun little game that deserves a much higher rank in the competition. Recommended!
